"
How could we improve our service? Everything is great. Mica really enjoys my cats and I get daily e-mails with an update which is great for me to feel comfortable that the cats are truly looked after. Thank you.
"
Mr B.T and Misha and Kuzya of West Norwood
"Chris (of Dulwich Pet Sitters) was friendly, helpful and responsible and we had no hesitation entrusting our two cats into his care.
Getting reassuring text messages from the pet sitter while you are away is a real plus!
"
Ms K.H. Kennington
"Hi Micaela,
Thank you so much for looking after Terra and Luna this weekend. It was nice to be able to go away and know that they were being looked after. I was a little worried if they would eat enough with only one feed a day but I'm sure they actually grew and put weight on while we were away! : So good job - that's what you want with kittens. We'll be going away a couple of times in June, so we may need your help again later. I don't know anyone with pets, but if I did, I'd recommend your services :

"I have tried many catsitting services which have always failed in some way or another. Since finding My who works for London Pet Sitting I can honestly say that I have struck gold. My is attentive, professional and most importantly reliable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly whilst I am away and I no longer have the fear of what to expect on my return home from a relaxing break. London Pet Sitting is lucky to have My and so are my cats - Truffle and Fuzz! Thank you.

Ms. A.S. and Keisha and Chilli of Notting Hill
How could we improve our service? " I honestly can't think of anything. Have found the company and pet sitter (My) to be extremely helpful and even managed to help out at very short notice when I've had to be away due to family illness.

"Hi Matt,
I just wanted to say thanks for looking after Floyd and Mini Kittie while we were away.
They both seemed very happy and relaxed when we got home so they must have appreciated your company!
We'll be sure to get in touch when we next go away.

Ms. L. H-S and Woody of Vauxhall
"I recently hired Matthew to look after my new cat Woody. Woody is a very nervous cat and needs special care and attention. I was very worried about leaving him for the first time but on meeting Matthew I knew he would be looked after. He has a very caring nature and totally understood my worries. He really put my mind at rest by updating me every time he visited and even took care of the plants in my flat.
I really can't recommend Matthew enough, he is a great find and I'll be using him again.

Mr A.E. and Mackerel of Maida Vale

"Marlene was lovely and did a great job. She even sent us photos and a video of Mackerel which was a lovely touch.
London Pet Sitting really saved the day for us over the busy New Year's period. They were friendly, reliable and even texted us to let us know everything was ok. I really recommend them to anyone."
Ms. S.C. and Misty of Queens Park
"I was anxious to hire a cat sitter as this was my first experience but I must say that the service has been exemplary from start to finish with efficient and prompt communication and forms to make sure that all details were arranged. My cat required special vet attention during my absence and this was very well catered for. I received regular updates which reassured me he was in good hand. I came back to a tidy house and a healthy cat and I would definitely use London Cat Sitting again. I found very useful the log of the various duties."
Mrs C.W and Rordon, Bunty, Travis, Haemish and Teddy of Kensington

"I was very impressed by your pet care service, and by your thoughtfulness, thoroughness and professionalism. I found your standards of care and communication exceptionally high. I will certainly use your service again, and would happily recommend it to others."
Mrs C.R. and Nina and BB of Dulwich
"My husband and I were very happy with the care Sarah gave our two cats and we have asked her to look after them again in Feb."
Mr H.G and Carlos of Southwark

"I think Sarah definitely took good care of him and provided me with regular updates (including pictures). The information sheet that you left in the kitchen to track the work and the health of the pet on a daily basis is also very helpful."
Mr M.M. and Katjie and Koshka of Hammersmith
"Very flexible service, reliable and genuinely passionate about pets!"
Mrs N.P. and SMA of Kensington

"We are always so worried about leaving our cat to go on holiday and know that he is very stressed by boarding catteries. This proved the perfect solution and we were delighted with all aspects of the service. Steve and Denise even emailed us in Switzerland to let us know how our cat was which I found particularly reassuring. On top of everything else it cost less to use this service than to send him to the cattery and he was a much happier puss on our return! I highly recommend this company and their excellent service to any pet owners and will certainly be using them again."
It is that time of year when I wish I could discuss things with my owners. They generally understand what I want. I can meow in different ways, I can paw at the door and they will either open the door or get some treats for me.
Compared to some of the neighbourhood mogs, I am well looked after. I may not like some of it but I understand it is necessary for my good health. I don’t like going to the vet. It starts with having to get into the travel box and then into the car. Do you humans not know that cars and driving is dangerous? I am already well into using my nine lives. If, like me, you are not really young or old it’s the most likely way you are going to die. Then when I get there he forces my mouth open or sticks that thermometer up my backside. Doesn’t he know that cats do not catch swine fever? Then he injects me in the neck - a real pain in the neck. On top of all this, my owner does not understand why, with all this, I huff at the vet.
We digress, so what’s worrying me? The humans around me all have those coloured brochures, the atlas and the map out, choosing which exotic locations they could go to on holiday. I don’t know why she is looking up where those places are, she specialised in geography at University. Those humans think that they are so intelligent but why go away, when they have so much here at home?
They say I am the most important but when they have chosen and booked the holiday, only then do they think about me. For me it’s a no brainer, use cat sitting. But there is father and he can be so mean with the money, though he spends enough on a good whisky and what about the cost of his iphone? His line of thought is to impose on the mother in law, not because he loves her so much but because he just wants a cheap option - she can do the cat sitting in her house. I don’t mind dogs, I prefer Uncle Peter’s to her terrier. His Labrador is quite well behaved, size is not important (only for dogs) and I can put them in their place, regardless of their size. It’s the small yappy dogs like her Scottie that are just so irritating, on a regular basis. Small people are often nastier than the large ones. After all, Hitler was small. It’s also such a pain getting there and back. He gets so irritated collecting me after the holiday. I know it so well, “I have been driving all day, then I have to go and get the bloody cat!” You wouldn’t have to if you used a professional cat sitter.
Don’t they realise that I don’t like leaving my comfort zone? I still have many of the characteristics of my origins from the big wild cats. I protect my area and that’s why my male friends, who are so primitive, go out and mark their territory. Cat sitting allows me to stay in my territory where I am relaxed.
Mother is more along the line of taking me to a cattery, where “at least she is safe.” She totally misses the point that I am in a little wooden cage, surrounded by a load of noisy cats I have never met and won’t again, I hope. Then they wonder, when they come to collect me, why I am so grubby and thin. I am hoping they will choose cat sitting as they tried it last year and I kept my great figure. The cat sitting was great! They introduced me to the cat sitter and she was so nice - a teacher would you believe. My owners showed the cat sitter where all my food was and how I liked to be played and fussed with. The cat sitter was shown my favourite sitting spots, even though I have legs (twice as many as her). Whilst I missed my owners during the holiday, the kind lady came for the cat sitting and she was dedicated to playing with me and feeding me. She was a professional cat sitter. I remember a friend who did cat sitting for me but he didn’t even know how to carry me. Lucky for him I am such a self controlled cat. With professional cat sitting, none of the being pushed away so he can finish reading his paper. Why bother because the news is so depressing these days?
They all seemed so happy with the cat sitting when they came home - and no one had to go and collect me. They had missed me and as they unloaded, I got loads of fuss. They even read the diary of the cat sitter. The London cat sitting service they used had even posted some photos of me on their website – so they knew I was well. Mother was also happy that none of her plants had died as the cat sitter had tended the garden and watered the flowers inside. She was also happy to read her mail. A lot of it seemed to be junk mail but she was happy. The cat sitter had emptied the mail box so no need to redirect the mail. Cat sitting, with someone coming around, was probably a factor why no one broke in and burgled the house this year. A bit later, father was happy when he realised that cat sitting was cheaper than the cattery.
Oh, I wish I could say to them, “Please use the cat sitting option!” Perhaps I should learn to write “I want cat sitting.” Perhaps I need to find someone in marketing to advertise ‘9 out of 10 cats prefer cat sitting’.
Come on make a decision - a good one. Yippee, sense has prevailed, they have chosen cat sitting!
