Q: How much do you charge?
A: A visit costs £10 for up to 2 cats. See our prices page for the full price structure. There may be a discount for regular or frequent visits.

Q: What part of London, England, UK do you work in?
A: See London areas covered, but basically all of central London and some adjoining areas.

Q: Will I meet my visitor?
A: Yes. We offer a free face-to-face consultation to understand your cat's personality and needs.

Q: Do you update me with my cats’ status during the holiday?
A: Yes - email and photos, according to your wishes.

Q: Are you police checked?
A: Yes. All our sitters are carefully selected, interviewed, referenced and fully checked by the police.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. 1st4 London Cat Sitting is fully insured via a specialist pet care insurance agency that is organised by the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters, whom we are members with. Feel free to ask for a copy of our insurance certificate.

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel?
A: Please contact us by telephone or email giving us at least 24 hours notice.

Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?
A: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the original consultation, we ensure that we have all the family emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your pet to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one.
